We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a refund, customers must follow our usage guidelines, including providing before, during, and after photos of their results as outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee. This helps us understand your experience and ensure you’ve had the chance to get the best possible results from your GLAMstyles comb.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@glamstyles.com with your order number and the required photos. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories. Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
If your GLAMstyles comb arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
