1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer tracked shipping on all orders. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times:
USA & Canada: 53–7 business days
UK & Europe: 3–5 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 3–5 business days
Rest of World: 3–7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
GLAMstyles is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, GLAMstyles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@glamstyles.com with your order number.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GLAMstyles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@glamstyles.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
